Pots zip tied to the box so there's no way the plant is going anywhere, as well as the pot being wrapped so well there's not a speck of loose soil. Repeat customer!

Oh my gosh! Other plant sellers co learn a thing or two from this shop about how to properly package plants. They were shipped in wet Leca with baggies around the bottom, they were zip tied to the box, there was adequate padding around the foliage... Everything arrived in near perfect condition because of this. It's hot out right now, and I've had a couple plants from other places arrive wilted or crispy. Not these ones... Well done! I'll be back...

Also, one of the plants I purchased was unavailable, and instead of just shipping a substitute, he reached out to make sure I was okay with the one he was going to send. I really appreciate getting to see the exact plant I am purchasing, so I am never disappointed. In fact, usually, quite the opposite. Packaging is always impeccable. I have never received a damaged plant. Will continue to purchase plants from this shop.

The price was fantastic for a plant this big. I've paid half what I paid for this large plant for a single-node cutting of a var. domesticum. Packaging is always impeccable.
